Article on Phase 4 PRF payments on hold until Optum Pay Accounts established
Last week, LeadingAge shared an article regarding Phase 4 payments that HRSA has not yet distributed due to requirements that providers establish an Optum Pay Account to receive the funds from HRSA in excess of $100,000. According to the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), their contractor UnitedHealth Group has reached out to providers with relief funds but who have yet to establish an account. The communications would have been sent from UHG_HRSA@ProviderEmail.uhc.com. Providers could start by checking their email inbox and spam or junk folders to see if these communications were misdirected. Members can email questions to Nicole Fallon at nfallon@leadingage.org.
